RTGS system opening time The Central Bank of Iceland has announced that as of May 25th, 2010, the RTGS system will close at 16:15 on banking days.  This means that after 16:15,  payments exceeding ISK 10 million can not be paid between financial institutions.  Please note that this will not affect the cut-off time that you currently enjoy with Íslandsbanki.
